Our delivery time is usually 10 working days for all available items.

Your goods will be delivered safely. Shipping is free for your private or business address on all purchases over €50. If your purchase is less than this amount, you can find the shipping price on the payment page.

We always try to deliver the item as soon as possible. If the item is not in stock, there may be a longer waiting time.

“You have the right to cancel your order within 20 days from the day you receive your product. After informing us of the cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item(s).

To cancel a purchase, the packaging and product must appear as new and be completely unused so that the product can still be sold. If the returned goods differ from the above, we reserve the right to make a reduced refund.

If you use your right to cancel an order, we will refund all payments for the order including shipping costs. The money will be refunded using the same payment method / on the same card used for the payment.

You are always entitled to a minimum warranty of 2 years for defective goods.

Always contact our support before returning the goods, as otherwise the processing of the return case may be delayed.

You pay for the return of the package, unless the defect is on our side, so of course we will cover the costs. When returning products, please use a distribution company that offers tracking. Please do not use alternative parcel distributors, this makes it impossible to track the item if it is lost during the return shipment. You must ship the item properly packed with a copy of the invoice and clearly indicate the reason for the return.

If you have any doubt that the product may be damaged due to small defects in the package, you can receive the item with reservations. If the packaging / item is visually damaged, refuse to receive it and let the distribution company take it with them on their return.
